LLADRO #5450HANDMADE in SPAINBOY PICKING DAISY "I HOPE SHE DOES" SHE LOVES ME, SHE LOVES ME NOTISSUED 1987 ~ RETIRED: 1997 An darling figure - standing 5" tall by 5" long and 5" wide. Boy is wearing a schoolbag over his shoulder - has a fancy checkered hat. His puppy is watching. A sweet young boy's face, he holds one petal in his hand. "I HOPE SHE DOES" is a fine figure for any Lladro collection. Lladro Handmade in Spain insignia is on base. Suggested retail price when introduced in 1987 was $345. Almost perfect - no chips, cracks, breaks or crazing; a chip on one petal, which is only noticeable on close inspection.This figure is rarely onthe secondary market.
