Lladro’s the Peace Offering – Nude with Dove # 3559 Picture(s) and Description:
Offered for Auction: Lladro "OFRENDA DE PAZ" or "the Peace Offering" Sculptor: Salvador Debon. Item number 3559 or 13559. This stunning nude with white dove is in excellent condition, and has been in my ownership since 1999. She has been on display occasionally, as I like to change furniture and decorations around from time to time. When not on display she retires to the original Lladro packing box. The "Gres" finish nearly mimicks the human skin, and gives this statue a beautiful warm ambiance. This statue has the blue Lladro stamp and blue flower logo back stamp. There are also the following engravings on the bottom: E-80, 3 (in diamond), and the initials RLL. A number of these statues are offered through Ebay, but very few seem to sell. I have always wondered, what the true market value would be. We will find out at the end of this auction. The reserve price has been set at a reasonable $500.-. Thank you for your interest.
